PerfectlyFlawed Productions is a for-profit company that builds nationwide coalitions of organizations with aligned domains of interest.

These coalitions engage in consistent and frequent collaboration and annual summits to improve practices and services offered.

As a product of the collaborative work of the coalitions, PFP provides communal space for workshops, groups, and projects offered directly to our community .

As another product of the coalitions' collaborative work, PFP offers audits, consultations, and training to outside companies to address today’s most challenging business struggles.

As a result of this collaborative work, PFP and our sister non-profit, PerfectlyFlawed People’s Foundation, will be able to provide social relief and resources which aid in lifting people out of poverty in real and impactful ways.

Throughout the year, we hold member-only events, particularly more social events, which allow us to give back to our dedicated community. We also occasionally offer merchandise and other purchasable content to only our community members. You will also have access to various blog pages and eventually, podcasts, which are generated for our community.

What does PFP Have to Offer Our Community Members?

Workshops!

Our workshops are brought to you through the collaborative efforts of our workshop coordination team and our coalition members. Topics are chosen based on community needs and requests.

Workshops have nominal fees, but our members pay an even smaller amount. In fact, all of our single hour workshops are free for you!

Focus Groups!

PFP routinely hosts various focus groups inviting only our community members as guest participants. These groups dive deep into individual topics and help to shape the course of PFP, our trainings, and all of the things we offer our community.

Support Groups!

Peer support groups are proving to be an invaluable tool for folks, particularly when navigating difficult circumstances. While PFP hosts a variety of different support groups, our Global Peer Support Coalition is assisting us in creating a nationwide directory of support groups.

Resources!

We are building our resource library to offer a wide array of materials. From downloadable documents, to videos, to suggested reading, to resources provided by our coalition members, and more. We’re curating the tools you need and making sure you can trust the sources.

Projects!

Every three months, each of our coalitions host a community-based project centered around their domain.

PerfectlyFlawed coalitions unite aligned organizations, initiatives, and professionals for unprecedented collaboration. Our coalitions also serve to create the first-ever national directory of these organizations in an easy-to-access format - increasing the success of everyone’s efforts for years to come. 

Our Coalition Consortium

Peer support is rapidly gaining traction as a viable source of self-directed healing, growing, and support amongst people having similar life experiences. The Global Peer Support Coalition is dedicated to uniting organizations and initiatives that utilize peer support to address various human needs.

Today’s youth face challenges unlike those encountered by previous generations. The Next Generation Coalition is dedicated to uniting groups and projects committed to supporting young people, particularly initiatives led by Gen Z and, eventually, Gen Alpha.

Diversity makes the world go round. The Every Rainbow Coalition brings together organizations and initiatives driven to improve the rights, resources, and living standards of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities at every level.

Despite the fact that art is woven into every aspect of our lives, it is hard to be an artist; the barriers are nearly endless. The People’s Art Coalition cultivates a community of organizations, initiatives, and artists dedicated to making artistry accessible and prioritizing human-created art over AI-generated works.

Technology is developing at lightning speed and reshaping the workforce just as fast. The Working People’s Coalition works to bring together organizations, initiatives, and professionals centered on evolving and teaching new skills to underemployed folks as well as improving working conditions and standards for human jobs everywhere.

How Do Our Coalitions Collaborate?

Here are some examples of the work our coalition members do with the intentions of learning and growing together.

  • Each coalition convenes for an annual virtual summit – a rigorous three-day schedule of workshops, speakers, discussion groups, and social activities. Coalition members are invited to take the lead for different events during the summit.

  • Each coalition holds a monthly roundtable discussion event focused on a topic question relevant to the coalition’s domain. These are ongoing opportunities for our members to gain new insights from each other for bettering their own practices and services.

  • PFP hosts free and nominal-fee workshops on behalf of our coalitions for our individual community members. We look to our coalitions to listen to the needs and requests of our community, and then generate and provide comprehensive workshops to meet those needs.

  • Once a month, each coalition holds a night where one coalition member is invited to speak to their coalition on a topic relevant to their domain. This is an opportunity for greener projects to hear from more seasoned professionals and for veteran professionals to hear from fresh new voices.

  • These monthly events inviting all coalitions are intended to tackle some of the more controversial topics in a structured virtual space. These events are focused on facilitating healthy conflict that seeks common grounds while respecting differences.

  • Each quarter, each coalition leads a community-centered project related to that coalition’s domain of interest.

  • Each coalition has its own blog within our coalition only section of our website. This is a place for coalition members to submit their own content directed towards their fellow coalition members.

  • Leadership is brutal – don’t we know it! We hold weekly leadership peer support groups. We also host personal growth support, a 1:1 buddy system, addiction support, suicide prevention support, special leadership events, and various therapy opportunities.

  • At PFP, we love bringing people together through our regular focus groups! These gatherings help our coalitions and company collaborate more effectively and explore important topics in depth. Our Focus Group Director and their team will reach out to our coalition members to join these discussions and dive into some pressing issues. Depending on the topic, we might also invite a few community members to join us.

Every coalition membership includes a blog-style page on our website complete with your branding, wording, links, graphics, and optional live calendar.

Community Members

Community members receive special access and discounts to our coalitions and the content they have to offer and early invitations to all events.

Community members are offered FREE and low-cost workshops. Topics are chosen based on what the community wants and needs to thrive, and range from life skills, to work skills, to selfcare and creative skills.

Community Calendar

When the PerfectlyFlawed project officially began in the fall of 2022, Itzél was one of the first people to arrive. As a founding member, a true artist, a humanitarian, and an activist, she not only embodied everything PFP is striving to be but she also became a piece of the PerfectlyFlawed heart. She was always the first to arrive and last to leave with nearly every council, workshop, and group we have held. Although she felt frustration and anger with the current state of the world, we never heard her speak hurtful or angry words towards another person. She was a source of love and support for all of us here fortunate and privileged enough to have spent such precious time with such a beautiful human.

PerfectlyFlawed will always live on in her memory and honor and through her countless contributions to our community.
