This membership is designed to give our low-income members the benefits of owning shares without affecting any other assistance or services they might be receiving. To join, members need to get approval from the Accessibility Officer. Eligible community members include anyone living on a low or fixed income, those who cannot work or have limited ability to work, and individuals receiving support like SSI, SSDI, SNAP, cash assistance, housing vouchers, WIC, Medicare/Medicaid, state health insurance, as well as fuel or utility assistance, or any other form of federal, state, or local help.

This also includes single parents or individuals caring for adult family members who struggle with the costs of care. Dependency is defined by PFP as someone who needs regular financial or physical support and can't fully support themselves without help from others. This definition is not limited to dependents one might list on a tax form.

Membership Price - $5 Monthly or $50 Annually

We're excited to offer this special membership, designed to make a real difference for individuals and families who are unhoused, unsheltered, or facing unsafe, abusive, or otherwise harmful living situations. This temporary membership is all about helping you find a safe, secure, and healthy home of your own. To join, you'll need to work with a PFP transitional worker who will guide you through the process and help you create and follow a plan for obtaining and maintaining your personal housing. We encourage active participation in PFP activities and events to keep your membership going. Plus, this membership includes a waiver for all our nominal fee workshops and select events, so you can get the support you need at no additional cost!

Coalition community members are wonderful individuals who primarily belong to another company or organization that's part of our coalition. We love to see them actively involved with their organization, whether that's by using their services or participating in other meaningful ways recognized by their home agency. To become a member at this level, we just need a form filled out by their agency to confirm their ongoing engagement. Once that's done, they'll have access to purchase at our discounted rate! Just a quick note: we require annual re-verification to keep that membership active. If for any reason re-verification can’t be completed, the coalition community membership will transition to a standard community membership.

If you're someone who's financially stable and looking to get involved in some amazing PFP activities and events while giving back to the community, we’d love for you to join our Benefactor Community! The monthly contribution starts at just $25, but feel free to choose a higher amount if you’re inspired to do so. Plus, 40% of your membership fee goes straight to PFPF, making a direct impact. As a thank-you, you'll receive an annual charitable contribution summary from PFPF every January to help with your tax filings.
